Initial Stage (Learning & Collaboration):
- Assist with product launches and listing optimization on e-commerce platforms.
- Support the preparation of data reports and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate in preparing customer price lists and quotations.
- Assist with inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Support return analysis and improvement measures.
- Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and advertising performance, and provide optimization suggestions.
- Assist with KOL outreach and communication.
- Independently manage designated product categories on Amazon, developing and executing sales and operation strategies and taking direct responsibility for sales performance and profitability.
- Independently manage other e-commerce platform customers or channels.
- Participate in New Product Launch and Market Entry (GTM) projects and develop local market strategies.
- Continuously analyse business data and optimise operational processes to drive sales growth.
