Marketing Manager B2B (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Own the B2B marketing sourced pipeline target and develop a forward high-growth marketing plan that combines intelligence/data by accounts in DACH-region with key objectives, execution mix, results, and resource management
  • Execute with excellence across core functional areas including targeted account marketing; local demand generation programs and campaigns; and excellent customer experiences and events
    • Drive third-party programs that increase awareness with key decision maker audiences across segments, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategy, story, and placement
    • Apply data driven intelligence, leveraging sales and marketing tools to effectively target contacts and accounts along the buyer’s journey
    • Develop and execute innovative, targeted campaigns that inform, educate, and engage contacts within accounts to drive demos, meetings, and progression
    • Strategically plan and execute scalable, value-add customer experiences and events in the DACH-region that create engagement opportunities across multiple personas/roles; and drive action in the journey
    • Development and maintaining go-to-marketing strategies and monitor the execution aligned with the channel marketing and sales priorities
    • Help build customer stories, use cases, and partner programs that highlights our differentiation, value, and relationships
  • Partner and build strong relationships internally and externally to create a scalable experience for/with the customers:
    • Partner closely with sales team to prioritize target accounts and build marketing plans and execution to increase engagement, new business and project opportunities
    • Build effective stakeholder relationships across global marketing, sales, channel, and alliances to share learning's requirements, best practices, and drive for alignment.
  • Track, measure and refine performance aligned to annual performance targets. Deliver updates and insights monthly. Analyze performance and trends to make recommendations for continuous improvement. Actively participate in performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
Your Profile:
  • Graduated in field of Marketing, Business Administration, economics or other comparable fields
  • Previous experience in B2B-Marketing areas and in Tech-industry are required
  • Proven track record driving demand generation and growth
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to turn insights into actions, result oriented, and a thorough way of working
  • Open-minded, team oriented, challenging mindset and the ability to keep focus on important targets
  • Familiar with MS Office products
  • Fluent in German and English in both written and verbal
