Pre Sales Engineer Surveillance (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support sales team in B2B projects, including requirement analysis, network and system design, product selection and operation advising.
  • Manage closely the progress of such projects, ensure a high successful rate.
  • Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Influence, persuade and negotiate with staff in customer organizations through onsite/online trainings and meetings.
  • Strategic planning and management of the portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle of surveillance products.
  • Preparation and presentation of strategic decision documents for the management based on all market facts, results of analyses (competitors, SWOT, target segments etc.), evaluations (KPIs, product profitability), further information of the business plan as well as the calculation of the business case.
  • Carry out demos and presentations to potential customers and partners at trade fairs and exhibitions, workshop, partner meetings, etc.
  • Observe market trends keenly, analyse such trends and provide strategic reports for product and sales study.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with partner departments to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer demands.
  • Work closely with marketing in product promotion in various platforms.
Your Profile:
  • Background in computer science or Security Systems.
  • At least 5 years related working experience in networking sector or CCTV.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German.
  • Willingness to business travel, mainly to B2B customer locations within Germany.
