E-Commerce Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Amazon Seller Central Management:
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized and in compliance with the platform standards. 
  • Handle returns and resolve related issues promptly.
  • Monitor Amazon payments and investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints. 
  • Produce and analyze sales and performance reports to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.  
  1. Support on E-commerce customers: 
  • Manage pricing for E-commerce customers. 
  • Support rebate management. 
  • Generate and deliver regular reports. 
  • Assist in developing product strategies. 
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above. 
  • At least 2 years working experience in Germany; Having an overview of Amazon Seller Central operations and its business model, with hands-on experience managing the platform. 
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis. 
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to turn insights into actions, result oriented, and a thorough way of working. 
  • Open-minded, team oriented, challenging mindset and the ability to keep focus on important targets
  • Familiar with MS Office products.
  • Fluent in German and English in both written and verbal, Chinese in native speaker level.
