Company property and office supplies management, incl. application, database management, returns, exchange etc.; Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence, receiving visitors, etc.
Management of company phones, office keys, being a contact person with the employees; related contract management
Purchase and send lunch vouchers, employee birthday greetings & vouchers and other "Feel-well" presents to employees for childbirth, marriage, anniversaries, sickness, farewell, etc.
Support other Administration Specialist on organizing team buildings, team events, Christmas parties, etc.
Process support for Internal Sales of TP-Link products by our employees
Office Maintenance, Office and Warehouse Safety Management, Warehouse and Office reparation report and arrangement
Support on other Administration-related daily business.
Your Profile:
Training in Administration, office management, or other comparable fields
More than two years of previous experience in administration, office management, team assistance, etc.
Strong sense of responsibilities, result and customer oriented, hands-on mentality and a thorough way of working
Open-minded, multi-cultural sensibility, a high potion of empathy, ability to keep your sense of humor even under time pressure
Familiar with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Native level of German language, Fluent in English languages in both verbal and written
