Your Responsibilities:
  • Acquisition and development of potential new and existing end customers in the areas of:
    • SMB (Small and Middle-sized Business) & Enterprise
    • Healthcare
    • Research & Education
    • Gastronomy and hotel industry
  • Strategic consulting of customers, preparation of business and budget plans.
  • Establishment of partner relationships with TOP system houses.
  • Close cooperation with our partner account managers.
  • Qualification and processing of leads.
  • Creation and implementation of presentations and live demos.
  • Participation and support at trade fairs and events.
  • Support in the (further) development of new, innovative support, management, and as-a-services from the idea to the transfer into operation.
  • Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of product-related documents.
  • Close cooperation with partners, distributors and complementary manufacturers who complement the portfolio.
  • Participation in the conception and implementation of internal and external marketing support measures (e.g. white papers, use cases, videos, websites, technical articles, references, etc.)
  • Analysis of current trends and developments in the IT infrastructure market to identify growth areas.
Your Profile:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales with a focus on network solutions in the SMB environment.
  • Dealing with customers and partners at all hierarchical levels, excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as creating and holding customer presentations are among your strength.
  • You are a team player who excels in creativity, willingness to learn and a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Ideally an existing network of system house partners and end customers in Germany.
  • High level of self-motivation and comprehension.
  • Confident handling of Office products and CRM software.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel.
